Professional Team

Our professional team comprises of members with extensive experience handling varies litigation proceedings and corporate matters, and is capable of providing professional advice with reasonable charges.


Ms. Lee was admitted in 2010 in New York and 2017 in Hong Kong.  Her practice focuses on general intellectual property matters.

Ms. Lee has represented and advised multinational companies and ventures in various sectors, including electronics, wireless technologies, consumer healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment and health services, and in matters such as freedom-to operate, licenses and compliance.  She has also been involved in IP acquisitions and infringement analysis, and anti-counterfeiting investigations. Ms. Lee’s experience also includes handling design, copyright, computer software, trademark, unfair competition, antitrust and data privacy matters.

Prior to joining us, Ms. Lee was an associate at the IP practice of a major international law firm.  She has worked in intellectual property firms in Washington D.C., Tokyo and Hong Kong.


Shum Wan Wa, Dan graduated from the University of Hong Kong and the City University of Hong Kong. Mr. Shum obtained a Degree in Social Sciences (double majoring in Public Administration and Psychology) in 2006, Bachelor of Laws in 2010 and the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws in 2011. He started his legal career in 2015 and was subsequently admitted as a Solicitor of High Court of Hong Kong in 2017.

Mr. Shum concentrates on general civil matters including contract dispute, negligence claim, debt recovery and company matter. He has extensive experience in disputes resolution and litigation.

Mr. Shum was elected and served as a District Council Member in Wong Tai Sin District since 2012.


Mr. Yang was admitted in Hong Kong in 2015.  He graduated from CUHK’s Faculty of Law, and trained with a prominent City of London law firm.  Mr. Yang specialises in commercial litigation, and has experience dealing with big ticket shareholders and contractual disputes.

Mr. Yang joined us in 2017.


Ms. So Tsz Ying obtained her LLB degree and PCLL from the City University of Hong Kong.

Prior to admitting as a Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2017, Ms. So was called to the Bar at 2013 and joined Cheng Huan Q.C. S.C.’s Chambers. She is also a Solicitor on fiat being regularly employed to prosecute on behalf of the Prosecutions Division, Department of Justice.

With extensive experience in handling criminal cases, Ms. So continues to assist our clients involved in criminal proceedings after joining this firm.

Ms. So is also an accredited General Mediator.


Ms. Cheung Po Wan Elise graduated from Faculty of Law of City University of Hong Kong. She obtained a Degree in Bachelor of Laws in 2013 and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws in 2014. Ms. Cheung was admitted as a Solicitor of High Court of Hong Kong in 2016 in Hong Kong.

Ms. Cheung specialises on civil matters with extensive experience in employee’s compensation and personal injuries claims. Ms. Cheung’s experience also includes handling of matrimonial proceedings.


Mr. Tong Jonathan Yingkit, born and bred in Sydney, Australia, obtained his degree in Bachelor of Laws and Postgraduate Certificate of Laws in Hong Kong. Mr Tong was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2018. Passionate about assisting his clients in solving contentious matters, Mr. Tong focuses on handling general litigation including criminal, civil and commercial disputes.

Prior to joining Bond Ng Solicitors, Mr. Tong completed his training at P.C. Woo & Co. where he had rotated through corporate, litigation, conveyancing and probate & trusts departments. Mr Tong had received solid and comprehensive training in especially litigation practice from past experience.

Mr Tong speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin and can speak basic French.


Ms. Luk Yuen Ling is a graduate of the Bachelors of Business Administration (Law) and Laws program from the University of Hong Kong. She attained her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws in 2018.

Ms. Luk has been exposed to a wide variety of litigation works, including but not limited to companies winding up disputes, as well as civil and criminal cases. She was also involved in the preparation of judicial review proceedings and election petitions, heard before first instance and appeal courts respectively.


Ms. Ha Wai Yee Lily obtained her BBA(Law) (1st class honour) and LLB degree in the University of Hong Kong. Ms. Ha was awarded the 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 Dean’s Honours List and passed her PCLL examination with distinction in the subject property transactions.

Before joining this firm, Ms. Ha received her training in a law firm with solid practice in intellectual property law, during which Ms. Ha is tasked to manage clients’ portfolio of cross-border intellectual property assets and to take enforcement actions to protect clients’ IP interests.
